This is an application for use of facilities at the Luckman Fine Arts Complex at Cal State LA. Failure to complete all portions of this application will delay processing. Completion of this application does not constitute a confirmed reservation! Only after a contract has been executed and deposit received shall a booking request be considered confirmed. The Luckman Fine Arts Complex may require additional information concerning the producing organization and the nature of the program and use of the facilities. The Luckman Fine Arts Complex management retains the right of final approval for all rental requests. The Theatre and Art Gallery are not available for graduation ceremonies, conference meetings, or conventions. Crew and Equipment cost estimates to the User are determined based on the information provided in this document.
